A free rabies vaccination program is scheduled to start today in Elizabeth.
Leashed dogs and safely contained cats whose owners reside in Elizabeth will receive free vaccinations administered by licensed veterinarian between 4 and 6 p.m.
Today’s vaccination session will be held at Carteret Park located at the corner of Elmora Avenue and Vine Street.
