Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez has announced that the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor is hosting a free workshop for the residents of Hudson County on Thursday, March 23, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Marion Gardens affordable housing community.
The workshop, “How to Expunge your Criminal Record,” will be presented by Assistant Prosecutor Leo Rinaldi.
The workshop will explain the process of expungement and the necessary steps an individual must take in order to have their criminal record expunged.
An attorney representing Northeast New Jersey Legal Services will be available to offer free legal assistance in completing expungement applications.
The workshop will be held in the Marion Gardens Community Center located at 13 Dales Avenue in Jersey City.
The workshop is free and all residents are invited to attend.
Light refreshments will be served.
