Local organizations invite the community to their back to school giveaway August 27th.
Project Warmth NJ, Inc. and the Essex County Law and Government Explorer Post #183 are gearing up for a festive event that will give away school supplies to assist children for the 2017-2018 school year.
The event will be held on August 27th at 201 Bloomfield Avenue in Newark from 4 to 7 p.m.
Organizers remind parents the following requirements:
*Parents must bring a valid photo ID
*Child must be present
The giveaway is on a first come first served basis.
