Four individuals, including two off-duty police officers, have been charged following an aggravated assault investigation stemming from a December incident outside a local restaurant, according to a statement released by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella.
The individuals charged are:
• Nicholas K. Dispoto, 31, of Hillsdale
• Jason R. Vradenburg, 28, of Park Ridge
• Martina L. McGee, 29, of Hillsdale
• Thomas M. Schiavone, 59, of St. James City, Florida
As a result:
• Vradenburg was arrested on February 12, 2026, and charged with third-degree endangering an injured victim, third-degree tampering with public records, and fourth-degree hindering apprehension.
He was released pending a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack.
• Dispoto was arrested on February 13, 2026, and charged with third-degree aggravated assault, third-degree endangering an injured victim, and fourth-degree obstruction of the administration of law.
He was also released pending a court appearance.
• McGee and Schiavone were each charged on February 13, 2026, with fourth-degree hindering apprehension and are pending their first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court.
