Former Keansburg Resident Arrested for Explicit Contact with a Minor

Authorities in Monmouth County announced that a former resident of Keansburg is now facing charges for the explicit contact of a minor that took place over 20 years ago.

Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago stated that Robert L. Wisiak, 44, of South River, was arrested by members of the Keansburg Police Department on Friday, October 20, 2023.

Authorities say the charges were of first-degree Aggravated Explicit Contact of a Minor and third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Officials said an investigation revealed that the explicit contact between Wisiak and the victim, who was a minor under the age of 13 at the time, took place on multiple occasions between the years of 1999-2001.

According to officials, investigators are also seeking additional information about Wisiak’s activities.
