Police are investigating a crash that left five people injured on Rt. 80 in Fairfield.
EMS transported the victims to St. Joseph's Hospital in Paterson after a multi-vehicle crash westbound near exit 52. The crash occurred at around 4:15 this morning has authorities trying to figure out how the crash actually occurred and are not ruling out weather.
The victim's injuries are not considered life threatening.
