A fight that involved several participants at a location in Paterson sent one person to the hospital suffering a stab injury early Sunday morning.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the 60's block of Rosa Parks Boulevard to break up a fight that broke out at approximately 1:45 a.m.
Units arrived at the scene found the unidentified person bleeding after they were stabbed to the stomach at that location.
The victim was transported to St. Joseph's Hospitals where doctors treated non-fatal injuries according to reports.
The motive for the fight remains under investigation.
There were no immediate reports of arrests at this time.
