Authorities in Hudson County are looking into the motive behind a stabbing that injured a female in Jersey City on Sunday evening.
Police were dispatched to the 80's block of Linden Avenue to investigate reports of an injured person around 6:27 p.m.
Upon arrival, police located the female bleeding from her stomach after being stabbed at that location.
The injured woman was rushed to Jersey City Medical Center and is reportedly in stable condition.
Police announced no arrests in the incident at this time.
