Father, Son Accused of Running Drug-Manufacturing Operation Out of Woodland Park Home

A father and son were taken into custody after police seized marijuana, cocaine, steroids, equipment, cash and motorcycles, according to police.

Authorities raided a Chestnut Grove were 53-year-old William Ortiz and his son 22-year-old Brandon Ortiz, were taken into custody after police discovered a kilo of cocaine, a pound of marijuana, 83 vials of anabolic steroids, various materials to cut and pack drugs and more than $13,000 in cash, two motorcycles and a Glock handgun.

Both men were charged with numerous drug-related offenses including maintaining and operating a drug facility.

They're both being held at the Passaic County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail.

According to officials, this is one of the largest drug seizures in history of the Woodland Park police.
