Authorities in Burlington County are actively investigating a tragic motorcycle crash that claimed the rider's life on Saturday evening.

The incident occurred at approximately 8:55 p.m. near the intersection of Route 72 and Route 532 in Woodland.

First responders, including police and firefighters, swiftly arrived at the scene to find the motorcyclist ejected from the bike following a collision.

The victim had suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities took precautionary measures, closing all lanes on the highway.
