Jersey City authorities are looking into the circumstances behind a person who jumped to their death from a high-rise building in Jersey City Tuesday morning.
According to preliminary reports, at approximately 4:35 a.m., police found the severely injured unidentified person lying on the ground after jumping from 20 2nd Street.
Police say the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation remains active, ongoing, and foul play has not been immediately reported.
