Investigators are on the scene of a fatal accident at an abandoned hospital in the city.
Emergency crews responded to reports of a construction worker who had fallen down a elevator shaft inside the United Hospital shortly before 2:15 p.m.
Crews attempts to rescue the man alive were unsuccessful. The identity of the victim has not been released. An investigation is underway.
