Fatal Crash in Aberdeen Township on NJ-35

Monmouth County authorities were called to the scene of a fatal crash in Aberdeen Township, leading to the closure of all lanes on NJ-35.AdThe accident occurred late on Monday night, around 11:35 p.m., when emergency responders were dispatched to the northbound lanes of NJ-35, just south of Amboy Road.

Upon arrival, they discovered a vehicle that had been involved in a severe crash.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. As of now, the identity of the victim and the cause of the wreck have not been disclosed by the police.

Closing the highway lanes was necessary to facilitate a thorough investigation into the cause of the accident.

The investigation continues, with further details awaited from Monmouth County officials.
