Family members have identified a Westfield teen killed in this morning's house fire.
According to a GoFundMe page, the teen who was found dead inside the Prospect Avenue home has been identified as Jake Tooley.
Offcials said the fire occurred sometime around 2:46 a.m. and engulfed the entire structure.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but officials believe the fire started accidentally in the first-floor living room.
The family's puppy, Moo, was also killed in the fire, according to the GoFundMe page.
