Newark – Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura’s Crimestoppers Program is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction in two unsolved, unrelated homicides in Newark.
On Nov. 4, 2015 Kasseem Bey, 34, of Hillside was fatally shot in the parking lot of 104 Avenue C in Newark. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Feb. 20, 2016 Steven Malcolm, 32, of Irvington was fatally shot in the vicinity of 18 Rockland Terrace, also in Newark. He too was pronounced dead at the scene.
