Elizabeth Police are on the scene of a shooting at a location in the city at this time.
Police said gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 152 Inslee Place shortly before 7:25 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a vehicle struck multiple times by bullets at that location.
Police checked the area but were not about to find any victims or suspects.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
