Elizabeth Residents Charged with Newark Graffiti Vandalism

Police say Ms. Paige N. Gonzalez, 28, Mr. Ramon A. Arroyo, 27, and Mr. Anthony Rolon, 25, all from Elizabeth, for an incident graffiti, occurred Thursday night.

According to police, at approximately 11 p.m., police patrolling the area of Chester Avenue East and Riverside Avenue observed the three individuals exit a white BMW.

Police say one of the suspects removed spray paint cans from a backpack and they all began spray painting an underpass wall.

The three suspects were arrested without incident and police recovered six spray paint cans and one marker at the location.

Gonzalez, Arroyo and Rolon each face charges of criminal mischief, police said.

This charge is merely an accusation.

Each suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
