Elizabeth High Student's Mission: Engage Peers to Develop Successful Life Plans

Elizabeth

While you were asleep, we highlighted this super talented Elizabeth High School junior who told us that even as a very young boy, he knew that he was meant to be more than just the average person.

Since the age of 12, Mr. Meet Kason Little was fixated on becoming the person that would lead the way for students in Elizabeth. For almost two years now, he has become a familiar fixture at Elizabeth functions, including board meetings, as an advocate for children.

“ Being apart of the number 1 Urban School District in New Jersey, has inspired me to instill in my peers throughout the district the importance of pursuing your dreams,” said Little.

As the founder of Students of Elizabeth Advisory Committee which meets outside of school at various locations daily to plan out ways for students’ to have a voice in decisions that ultimately affect them.

The primary focus of my student advocacy is to build positive and productive relationships with students that will ultimately help leverage students and their learning environments, added Little.

My plans are to major in Political Science and continue to use my God-given talents in leadership to foster around New Jersey.

I will continue to set the bar high of my expectancies so that other students can follow, for the city that I love.
