Firefighters in Elizabeth quickly extinguished a vehicle fire inside a commercial building late Friday night.
Crews were notified of smoke coming from inside the Tri-State Iron Works LLC building located at 830 Bond Street around 10:10 p.m.
Fire officials arrived on the scene and struck a second alarm while firefighters stretched one line after finding heavy smoke from behind a steel roll-up gate.
Upon entry, firefighters found an unoccupied vehicle on fire inside the establishment.
After a search of the building, no victims were rpeorted.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
