Firefighters in Elizabeth extinguished a fire that ignited inside a truck at a location in the city on Monday afternoon.
The fully ignited truck fire happened at approximately 1:25 p.m at Dowd and North avenues, where the truck filled with mattresses caught fire according to authorities.
Crews were able to extinguish the blaze in a short amount of time, authorities said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
