On Thursday, October 5, Mark Hacker, 44, from Egg Harbor City, was arrested without incident and charged with third-degree possession of explicit images of minors (CSAM) and second-degree distribution of explicit images of minors.
According to officials, the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office received a referral of inappropriate images and activity associated with the defendant’s social media accounts.
Officials say further investigation confirmed the referral.
