This year’s event will focus on the theme, “Improvement By Design: Building Leadership Capacity For Sustainable Results.”

Organizers said the symposium is designed to empower educators of color through professional development, strategic networking and leadership tools that can help strengthen New Jersey’s school communities.

Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, this year’s conference will focus on moving beyond short-term solutions in education and toward intentional leadership practices that support long-term success for administrators, students and the communities they serve.

Attendees can expect collaborative workshops and keynote presentations aimed at building a stronger pipeline of diverse educational leaders across the state.
