A report has been filed for a teenaged girl who went missing after leaving her East Orange home for school on Thursday morning.
Family of the teen said Tamara Hightower, 17, is about 5'4” tall and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue long-sleeved shirt with slits on the arm, bluish/turquoise Champion sneakers and a black hoodie.
Family members said Tamara had a blue scarf on her head and was carrying a black tote bag that she uses as a book bag.
Tamara may be wearing blue rimmed glasses and was last seen leave East Orange High School after school.
