East Orange Man Arrested for Trespassing at Newark Rental Car Lot

Police took a man into custody after finding him trespassing inside a rental car lot at Newark International Airport for the second time this week.

According to Port Authority police, Keith Germany, 29, was arrested after they found him sitting inside a rental vehicle in the National/Enterprise lot at 2:05 p.m. Sunday

Police said witnesses contacted police when they spotted Germany sitting in a 2017 Ford Expedition.

Police charged Germany with defiant trespass and possession of marijuana.

Officers initially arrested Germany at around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, after he allegedly attempted to steal a 2014 Honda Accord from the same lot.

Police charged him with unlawful taking and theft of moveable property.

These are mere allegations lodged against Germany.

He is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
