Authorities identified the 28-year-old man who jumped from the George Washington Bridge Tuesday.
Andrew Angrist, 28, of East Brunswick walked onto the bridge after leaving his car in Fort Lee, according to police.
The body was transported to the 125th Street pier in Manhattan by the NYPD's Harbor Unit.
Although initial investigation showed no reports of anyone seen jumping from the bridge, a witnessed later told police he witnessed the jump, added police.
