Police in Montclair are investigating a reported robbery that occurred in a park in the Township Friday morning.
According to a preliminary investigation, police were called to the vicinity of Glenfield Park to investigate reports of a robbery in progress.
Units arrived and were told by the victim that three to four male suspects approached and robbed him for his footwear and wallet.
Police say the suspects fled the scene on foot and remain at-large.
Montclair authorities notified the Essex County Sheriff's Office, who provide security for the park.
There were no physical injuries reported.
