Police reported no injuries in a shooting in Newark's Central Ward Sunday.
Just before 3 a.m., residents in the area of 63 Brenner Avenue dialed 911 after they heard several rounds of gunfire in their neighborhood.
Officers arrived and canvassed the neighborhood, then found shell casings. Nonvicitms were located during the search.
The suspect fled the scene and is at large.
The motive for the shooting has not been determined.
