An early morning car crash that occurred in Newark's downtown sent one person to the hospital.
Police were called to investigate reports of a crash with injuries near the intersection of West Kinney and Broad streets at approximately 3:50 a.m.
Units arrived at the scene and observed damaged vehicles with one person suffering non-life threatening injuries at that location.
The victim was transported to University Hospital where doctors treated their injuries according to reports.
