Authorities reported non-life threatening injuries in a stabbing incident that sent two people to the hospital overnight in Newark.
A preliminary investigation indicated that at approximately 12:24 a.m. on Monday, police responded to reports of a physical altercation 40's block of Spruce Street.
Several officers arrived and found two individuals suffering stab wounds to their faces and arms.
Both victims are reportedly stable and were questioned by police as a part of the investigation.
No arrests have been immediately reported, and the circumstances behind the incident continue developing.
