Do You Know Him? Elderly Man Hospitalized After Collapse in Newark Remains Unidentified

Newark authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an elderly man who was hospitalized after collapsing in the city.

According to officials, the unidentified male was brought to Newark Beth Israel Medical Center on April 23 after he collapsed near the intersection of Clinton and Peshine avenues. 

 

He was not carrying any identification at the time.

 

The man is believed to be in his late 60s to early 70s. Efforts are now underway to locate his family or loved ones.

 

Anyone who recognizes him or has information that could assist in identifying the patient is urged to contact the hospital’s Case Management Office at 973-926-7278.
