According to a statement released by Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Stratford Police Chief Ronald Morello, 32-year-old Stephon M. Bullock of Hi-Nella was arrested on June 13, 2025, by the U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force – Camden Division.

He is currently being held at the Camden County Correctional Facility following a detention hearing on June 25.

Bullock faces multiple charges, including first-degree aggravated sexual assault, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree burglary, third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact, third-degree aggravated assault, and third-degree criminal restraint.

Authorities said that just after midnight on May 8, officers responded to a report of a home invasion and sexual assault at the victim’s residence.

The woman told police she was asleep in her bedroom when an unknown man entered, jumped on top of her, and held her down while covering her mouth.

The suspect then sexually assaulted her before fleeing.

DNA evidence collected at the scene was submitted to the New Jersey State Police laboratory.
