Police in Paterson are investigating a shooting that injured two victims at a location in the city this evening.
According to police, at approximately 5:35 p.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the vicinity of Auburn Street and Hamilton Avenue.
When police arrived at the scene, they found a male suffering a bullet wound in his leg.
Police said the victim was rushed to St. Joseph’s Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
According to police, a second victim entered the emergency room suffering a bullet wound in his arm.
The suspect fled the scene and remains at-large.
