Police are on the scene of an officer-involved shooting in Englewood at this time.
According to preliminary information, police responded to an address in the 200 block.of Englewood Avenue to investigate reports of a domestic violence incident around 8:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, police found a person stabbed at that location.
Reports say during the course of the investigation at the scene, an officer opened fire on a suspect for an unspecified reason.
The gunshot victim was administered CPR at the scene.
The NJ Attorney General’s Office was notified of the police-involved shooting.
