A fatal shooting that took place in Rahway this morning is under investigation, acting Union County Prosecutor Jennifer Davenport announced Saturday.
The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Saquan Hurling of Linden found dead inside a parked vehicle.
Rahway Police Department patrol units responding to the 500 block of Harrison Street Saturday morning found Hurling there, according to the preliminary investigation.
UPDATE: Victim found with multiple gunshot wounds.
Officials say he was pronounced dead at the scene.
This matter remains under active joint investigation by the Union County Homicide Task Force, Rahway Police Department, Union County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Unit, and Union County Police Department Ballistics Unit.
