Utility crews and Emergency Responders are on the scene of a crash that has a pole and wires down in Paterson at this time.
The crash happened in the 200 block of Grand Street where a car lost control and crashed into a pole before 4:30 a.m.
There were life-threatening injuries reported, but the crash caused a power outage to about 800 homes and businesses in the area according to PSEG.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
