Union County experienced about five structure fires with most of the blazes happening in Linden. **This is a statement from Linden's Mayor The Honorable Derek Armstead:** "Tonight was a very peculiar night. We had several fires in Linden and one in Roselle. At this time, we do not know the causes of the fires, but I am confident our investigators will soon determine how the fires started.
