Residents in the 200 block of Union Street are being asked to shelter in place as police and SWAT are on the scene of a barricaded person at this time.
Details regarding the incident are developing, but according to preliminary reports, police are trying to get a male to come out of an establishment in the vicinity of 254 Union Street.
It is not clear if the suspect is armed or has hostages at this time.
