DEVELOPING ELIZABETH NJ: Second Person Found Shot at Elizabeth Apartment Complex in Less Than 24-Hours

Residents in the 400 block of Irvington Avenue say they heard about six loud popping noises that rang out at the apartment complex just before 8:25 p.m.

Police arrived at the scene for the second time in less than 24-Hours and found an unidentified person suffering bullet wounds according to preliminary reports.

The victim was rushed to University Hospital for treatment and remains in an unknown condition at this time.

Police also have a crime scene established at Prince and Westminster near the Crown Bank.

The motive for the shooting is under investigation and the suspect is at-large.
