The Darryl Yokley Band Comes to Public Library in Bergen County

Come on down to the Englewood Public Library for some sweet summer jazz concert melodies!

On Thursday, August 17, at 7:30 pm on the front plaza of the library or 31 Engle St., Englewood, the 8th concert in the library’s 11th annual “Jazz Under the Stars” concert segment will be hosted.

The Darryl Yokley Band will be performing with their highly respected saxophonist, Darryl Yokley.

He has been recognized and published in numerous well-known periodicals such as The New York TimesDownbeat Magazine, and more.

Summer ProgramIn addition to his exceptional abilities to play the saxophone, he composes and arranges music for his band Sound Reformation, who have recently put out their second album, Pictures at an African Exhibit

If you cannot make the 8th concert of this summer, more performances will take place each Thursday at 7:30 pm throughout the rest of August.

This public community event is free admission, no registration, and limited parking on site.

Lastly, the following Sunday serves as a rain date in case of inclement weather.
