Police and Hazmat Crews responded to a residence in the 80"s block of 17th Ave. at around 10:30 p.m. for a dangerous substance that was reportedly thrown through the window of a home.
EMS assessed about four people at the scene as the substance was determined to bleach and an unknown liquid mixture.
The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The incident is under investigation.
