A physical assault on an employee that occurred inside a Walmart Store in Kearny has authorities investigating.
According to reports, police and EMS were called to the Harrison Avenue store at approximately 3:30 p.m. Sunday for a possible fight inside the establishment.
Upon their arrival, they observed a female employee suffering a minor injury after a customer began to attack for an unspecified reason near the dressing rooms according to reports.
EMS treated the victim while police detained the customer.
The incident remains under investigation.
