A pedestrian struck and critically injured by a vehicle early this morning has authorities investigating.
First responders rushed to the 100 block of East Jersey sometime around 4 a.m. this morning where they found the victim suffering life threatening injuries at that location.
The victim was taken to an area hospital while police closed off the scene for an accident investigation.
The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
