Authorities closed all Rt. 1 southbound lanes at Grandview Ave. after a vehicle struck a bicyclist shortly before 11:30 p.m. Sunday night.
EMS transported the victim to a nearby hospital suffering life threatening injuries.
An investigation is underway into a possible hit and run.
