According to the New Jersey State Attorney General's office, corruption charges against Paterson Mayor Joey Torres are expected to be filed.
After an ongoing investigation into his office, allegations arose that he used contractors to do work for him and his relatives warehouse.
Although Torres remains free, he is expected to be taken into custody once the charges are filed.
