A construction worker is in critical condition after falling from the roof of a mixed-dwelling home in Elizabeth this afternoon.
According to preliminary reports, the worker was doing repairs on the roof of a Morris Avenue home when he fell off at around noon.
Police officials said the worker was rushed to an area hospital where doctors are treating him for life threatening injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
