A vehcicle owned by the Township of Irvington and stolen with the keys inside the ignition has police around Essex County on alert and offciers on the search for the suspect responsible for driving off in the vehicle.
According to preliminary reports, the vehicle is a white Ford Pickup truck with a reported NJ license plate number "MG37395" that was taken from the area of 20th Street and Springfield Avenue today.
The suspect sped away in the vehicle eastbound towards Newark reports said.
