Keith and Carol McGrapth are the founders of Shed Light Properties and are on a mission to change black and brown communities of Jacksonville, Florida, 'one door at a time.'
They are using their love for real estate to ultimately impact and empower youth in the black and brown communities of Jacksonville, FL.

When the McGrapths first came to us, they had no systems in place to scale and even build out their vision. In fact, they had only been guessing up until that point.
Their situation seemed unlikely to be able to invest the energy and time into coaching with Marriedprenuer Life. But they knew they were at a point where outside help was critical in taking their vision to the next level and eventually going full-time.
Keith was working a high-demanding (frontline) job as a State Trooper with 12-hour shifts. Yet he was committed to adjusting his schedule (and sleep pattern) to get the coaching and insight needed to do what he ultimately did- leave his job to work in the business full time.
It wasn't an easy path, but they were both willing to be uncomfortable for a short period to reap the rewards later.
Carol worked as a supervisor within the government. She, too, wanted to create an exit strategy from her 9-5, and with the Marriedpreneur Operating systems, she could do the same thing!
