Chilly Breezes, Bright Skies Await Newark and North Jersey Residents

Newark

Good morning to my family and friends in Newark and the North Jersey region!AdAs we begin our day, temperatures are relatively mild at 42 degrees but don't be fooled by the digits on your thermometer. Today's weather forecast brings a shift in conditions, with breezy winds and wind chill becoming the main focus.

While we'll enjoy mostly dry weather throughout the day, expect those breezes to pick up by the afternoon.

With north winds blowing at 10 to 13 mph speeds, The National Weather Service said the real feel temperature would drop, making it feel more like the 20s and 30s, particularly in northern parts of Jersey.

Despite the chilly wind, partly sunny skies will provide some brightness to our day.

As we look ahead, NWS forecasters said tonight promises mostly clear skies with temperatures dropping to around 21 degrees.

It's a reminder to bundle up and wear a warm coat if you plan to venture outdoors. So grab your jackets and enjoy your Saturday, folks!
