Newark residents will have a chance to appear on the big screen as extras in the upcoming feature film *Non-View*, directed by Steven Spielberg and starring Emily Blunt.

According to information released by casting agency GWCI, filming is expected to take place between May 2 and May 9, and local talent is being sought to portray pedestrians in various background scenes.
No acting experience is required, and participants must be at least 18 years old and able to provide valid identification for employment paperwork.
The role pays $181.50 for 10 hours of work and is not covered by SAG-AFTRA, making it open to both union and non-union applicants.
Interested individuals should email NonView@gwcnyc.com with the subject line “Newark Locals.” Submissions should include:
- Full name
- Preferred pronouns (optional)
- Phone number
- SAG-AFTRA status
- Availability for May 2 and/or May 9
- Note of any visible tattoos
- Confirmation of Newark-area residency
- Two current, non-professional photos (close-up and full-body)
- If available, information about a personal vehicle for possible on-camera use, including year, make, model, color, and a photo
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a major Hollywood production filming right in the Newark area.
