Police reported property damage in a shots-fired incident in Newark on Tuesday night.
According to police, at approximately 8 p.m., gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 479 Roseville Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found shell casings and a car struck by bullets at that location.
Police canvassed the area for potential victims, but no injuries were reported.
The motive for the shooting has not been determined and the suspect remains at large.
